١. الاتفاق

شروط الاستخدام هذه اتفاق بينك وبين Familialane، مطوّر تطبيق أصل (Asl). بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام أصل.

٢. من يمكنه استخدام أصل

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٨ عامًا، أو الحد الأدنى للسن الذي يحدده قانون جنسيتك إن كان مختلفًا، وأن تكون أهلًا للدخول في هذا الاتفاق. ويجب أن تقدّم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء حسابك، وأن تستخدم أصل لنفسك فقط.

٣. حسابك

حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور وأبقِ بريدك الإلكتروني محدَّثًا. أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك. إذا اعتقدت أن شخصًا آخر دخل إليه، فغيّر كلمة المرور فورًا وتواصل معنا.

٤. ما هو أصل، وما ليس هو

أصل أداة شخصية لمتابعة عقاراتك وأقساطك ومدفوعاتك وإيجاراتك ومصروفاتك ومستنداتك.

• أصل لا يقدّم استشارات مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية أو ضريبية أو عقارية. والقرارات التي تتخذها مسؤوليتك.
• قيم العقارات والعوائد والإجماليات محسوبة مما تُدخله أنت. وأسعار الصرف مصدرها خدمة خارجية، وقد تتأخر، وهي للاسترشاد فقط.
• التذكيرات وسيلة مساعدة. قد تتأخر الرسائل والإشعارات أو لا تصل، لذا تظل مسؤولًا عن السداد في موعده.
• أصل لا يدفع أو يستلم أي مبالغ نيابةً عنك.

٥. محتواك

البيانات والمستندات التي تضيفها تظل ملكًا لك. وتسمح لنا بحفظها ومعالجتها فقط لتقديم أصل لك، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. وأنت مسؤول عن امتلاكك الحق في رفع المستندات التي تضيفها، وعن عدم رفع أي محتوى مخالف للقانون أو ضار.

٦. الاستخدام المقبول

عند استخدام أصل، توافق على ألا:

• تحاول الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين أو بياناتهم، أو التحايل على وسائل حماية التطبيق.
• ترفع برمجيات ضارة أو محتوى يخالف القانون أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
• تُثقل التطبيق أو خدماته أو تعطّلها أو تستخرج بياناتها آليًا أو تفكّكها هندسيًا.
• تسيء استخدام نموذج الدعم أو غيره من الخصائص لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو مسيئة.

٧. التغييرات وتوفّر الخدمة

نعمل على إبقاء أصل متاحًا وبياناتك آمنة، لكن التطبيق يُقدَّم «كما هو» وقد لا يكون متاحًا أحيانًا. وقد نضيف خصائص أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها.

٨. الخطط والاشتراكات

لدى أصل خطة مجانية واشتراك مدفوع باسم برو. الحسابات التي أُنشئت قبل وجود الخطط المدفوعة تحتفظ ببرو مجانًا.

• يُشترى برو ويُحصَّل عن طريق App Store أو Google Play، ويتجدد تلقائيًا إلى أن توقف التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر قبل نهاية الفترة بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل.
• تتولى Apple أو Google طلبات استرداد المبالغ وفق قواعدها.
• على الويب، يُشترى برو بالتواصل مع الدعم والدفع بالتحويل. يستمر للمدة المدفوعة ولا يتجدد تلقائيًا، وسنراسلك بالبريد قبل انتهائه.
• مكافآت الدعوة وأكواد الخصم تمنح وقتًا مجانيًا من برو. ليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن استبدالها أو نقلها، وقد نغيّرها أو نوقفها في أي وقت. وقد تُلغى المكافآت المكتسبة عبر حسابات وهمية أو مكررة.
• إذا انتهى اشتراكك فلن يُحذف أي شيء أدخلته. تُقفل الخصائص التي تتجاوز الخطة المجانية، ولن تستطيع إضافة عقارات أو مستندات بعد حدود الخطة المجانية حتى تشترك من جديد.

٩. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام أصل وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من تبويب «حسابي». وقد نوقف أو نغلق حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط أو يعرّض الخدمة أو المستخدمين الآخرين للخطر، وسنوضح لك السبب متى كان ذلك مناسبًا.

١٠. المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل Familialane المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو عن الخسائر الناتجة عن قرارات اتُّخذت بناءً على معلومات في التطبيق، أو عن تأخر السداد أو فواته، أو عن عدم توفر خدمات الأطراف الخارجية. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك التي تكفلها قوانين حماية المستهلك ولا يجوز استبعادها.

١١. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

إذا تغيّرت هذه الشروط، سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وسنخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات الجوهرية. واستمرارك في استخدام أصل بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدَّثة.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Familialane, the maker of Asl (أصل). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Asl.

2. Who can use Asl

You must be at least 18, or the minimum age set by the law of your nationality if different, and able to enter into this agreement. You must give accurate information when you create your account, and use Asl only for yourself.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and your email address up to date. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change your password right away and contact us.

4. What Asl is, and isn't

Asl is a personal tool for keeping track of your own properties, installments, payments, rent, expenses and documents.

• Asl is not financial, investment, legal, tax or real-estate advice. Decisions you make are your own.
• Property values, yields and totals are calculated from what you enter. Exchange rates come from a third-party service, may be delayed, and are for information only.
• Reminders are a convenience. Emails and notifications can be delayed or fail to arrive, so you remain responsible for paying on time.
• Asl doesn't make or receive payments on your behalf.

5. Your content

The data and documents you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide Asl to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you add, and for not uploading anything unlawful or harmful.

6. Acceptable use

When using Asl, you agree not to:

• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around the app's security.
• Upload malware or content that infringes the law or the rights of others.
• Overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its services.
• Misuse the support form or other features to send spam or abuse.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep Asl available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features.

8. Plans and subscriptions

Asl has a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Accounts created before paid plans existed keep Pro for free.

• Pro is bought and billed through the App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically until you turn off auto-renew in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
• On the web, Pro is bought by contacting support and paying by transfer. It lasts for the period paid for and doesn't renew automatically; we email you before it ends.
• Invite rewards and promo codes give free Pro time. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and may be changed or ended at any time. Rewards earned through fake or duplicate accounts may be removed.
• If your subscription ends, nothing you've entered is deleted. Features beyond the free plan are locked, and you can't add properties or documents past the free plan's limits until you subscribe again.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Asl and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where appropriate we will tell you why.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Familialane isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made using information in the app, missed or late payments, or third-party services being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Asl after a change means you accept the updated terms.
